The Case Against the Apostle Paul

The concept that Paul was not an apostle of Christ, and in fact was an apostle of His adversary is not at all a new or fringe concept. In fact among Christ’s early followers it was a forgone conclusion, and they completely rejected him and his writings. They actually claimed that he was a false teacher and spreading false doctrine throughout the world!
Therefore, the case against Paul that we will present with the recorded facts and evidences is not new. It is a very old argument brought forth by the followers of Yashava the Messiah, that has been successfully suppressed by Christianity for nearly two thousand years. It is time to bring the truth to the light and expose a two thousand year old deception.
To understand why the earliest followers were so certain of his rejection, we must look at the specific warnings left by the Messiah—warnings that provide a perfect forensic match to the events Paul claimed as his ‘conversion.

.

“Identification of the Suspect.”

The Warning (The Benchmark): The specific physical description given by Yashava:
“And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” (Luke 10:18)
The Event (The Match): The detailed account from Paul that confirms he experienced exactly what was warned against:
“At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.” (Acts 26:13)

.

When we add in the fact that Yashava the Messiah had told His disciples that once He returned to the Father that no one would see Him anymore, this perfect match even becomes more obvious;

“Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;” John 16:10. (KJV).

.

Paul’s supposed conversion experience was somewhere between 4 and 10 years ‘AFTER’ Yashava the Messiah returned to the Father! Paul goes on to tell us that in this brilliant light that fell from heaven that he heard a voice claiming to be Jesus, and that following the instructions of that voice, he went into the Arabian desert for between two and three years to be trained by him.
These events also perfectly match with Yashava’s warning to His disciples about false Christ’s and false teachers.

The Voice in the brilliant light versus Yashava:

.

Matthew 24:23 (KJV): “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.”

.

Matthew 24:26 (KJV): “Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.”

.

When we look at the Messiah’s warnings against falling for the deception of false teachers and comparing them to Paul’s miraculous conversion story, we have a perfect match in all points! To consider Paul’s conversion story as being true, would mean that we would have to believe that Yashava the Messiah actually returned in the same exact manner that He had previously warned His disciples that Satan would come. That simply would not ever happen! Once again, when we consider that the Messiah had already told His disciples that once He returned to the Father that no one would see Him again until the time that everyone would witness His arrival, it is no wonder that His followers did not fall for the Apostle Paul deception!

.

As we have shown in previous articles; the Ebionites, Nazarene’s, and the seven Churches of Christ in Asia Minor, were all of the same family group of followers of the Way of Christ and His apostles. They were the ones who fled Jerusalem for their survival. Those who descended from the original apostles and their followers testimony actually holds precedence over and above those who call them heretics and condemned them.

.

The Testimony of the Ebionites

“As for the Apostle Paul, they entirely reject him, as being an apostate from the Law…” (Irenaeus, Against Heresies, Book 1, Chapter 26)

.

“They use only the Gospel according to Matthew and reject the apostle Paul, calling him an apostate from the Law.” (Irenaeus, Against Heresies 1.26.2)

.

“The Ebionites… thought that all the letters of the apostle Paul should be rejected, calling him an apostate from the Law.” (Eusebius, Ecclesiastical History 3.27.4)

.

Recognitions of Clement (Book 1, Chapter 70) and is often cross-referenced with the Ascents of James (Anabathmoi Iakobou). These records preserve the Ebionite tradition that focused on the direct conflict between the original Apostles and the “man of deception.”
The Citation:

“They [the Ebionites] declare that he [Paul] was not an apostle, but an enemy… and that he has filled the world with false doctrine, leading men away from the Law and the Prophets.” (Clementine Recognitions 1.70, reconstructed from the Ebionite Anabathmoi Iakobou)

.

The Final Verdict: The Seven Churches of Asia Minor
The most devastating evidence against Paul’s claim to apostleship is found in the final witness: the Seven Churches of Asia Minor. While modern Christianity claims Paul was the founder and leader of these churches, the recorded facts tell a completely different story.
When we look at the Book of Revelation, which contains the direct messages from Yashava the Messiah to these seven specific assemblies, we find a shocking confirmation of the Ebionite testimony.
The Total Rejection (The Witness Statement): In his own writing, Paul admits his total defeat in the region:

“This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me…” (2 Timothy 1:15, KJV).

.

This is a confession of a total wipeout. Paul explicitly states that the entire region—the very place where the Seven Churches were located—had rejected him.

.

The Messiah’s Commendation (The Final Clincher):

Shortly after Paul’s admission of being rejected by “all in Asia,” Yashava the Messiah issues His formal evaluation of the church at Ephesus (the capital of the Asia Minor Churches). He does not condemn them for turning away from Paul; He praises them for it:
“I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars.” (Revelation 2:2, KJV).

.

The Forensic Conclusion: When we connect these two “Exhibits,” the case is closed:
Paul claims he is an apostle but admits that everyone in Asia turned away from him.
Yashava the Messiah sends a message to the leader of the churches in Asia and commends them for putting certain “apostles” on trial and finding them to be liars.
There is no middle ground here. If the people in Asia were “turning away” from a true apostle of Christ, the Messiah would have rebuked them for their rebellion. Instead, He honors them for their discernment. They applied the “Forensic Test”—matching the man from the desert against the warnings of the Messiah—and they reached the only logical conclusion: Paul was a liar.
Also, by Paul’s own testimony he openly admits some people will not accept his apostleship, and he is working to make sure his converts do!

.

The “Defense Exhibit”: Paul’s own admission of the challenge

“Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? are not ye my work in the Lord? If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord. Mine answer to them that do examine me is this…” (1 Corinthians 9:1-3, KJV).

.
In closing

The Admission: He openly admits there are “others” to whom he is not an apostle. This proves that a significant body of people—the “others”—had already examined him and reached a verdict of “No.” The “Work” for Validation: He tells his converts that they are his “seal.” He is essentially telling them that if they don’t believe him, his entire career is a failure. He isn’t relying on the testimony of the Twelve or the Messiah; he is relying on the people he managed to convince. The “Examination”: By saying “Mine answer to them that do examine me,” he confirms that he was under a forensic-style investigation by his contemporaries.
He tries to bypass the authority of the original Apostles entirely:
“For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles.” (2 Corinthians 11:5, KJV).

.

Although the Christian Religion has managed to silence everyone who has attempted to bring forth the light of this truth for nearly two thousand years, the cat is now out of the bag! They have over the generations gone to extreme measures to keep this information away from the general public, because they have no way to confront it without exposing who they really are, and what their ultimate goal is. The truth is; The Christian Religion was formed by Paul for the explicit purpose of keeping Yashava’s children from following Him, by preventing them from returning to the Holy Covenant!
